Training Camp · A 12-week cohort, live with Matt
RUN TRAINING CAMP.
This is the system I install with teams at my office for $77,500, run as a 12-week camp. Six live sessions with me, a graduation demo day, and eleven other leaders installing the same system at the same pace. You watch the film between sessions. On the calls, we build. $9,997 · one of 12 seats per cohort.

THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
INSTALLED LIVE.
Training Camp is the FOSS Method installed as a cohort. Twelve weeks. Six live sessions with me, plus a graduation. Same 26 videos, same Playbook, same tools as The Reps. The difference is you don't run it alone. Eleven other leaders install the same system at the same pace, and every one of them knows if you showed up.
Here's the deal we make. You watch the videos between sessions, so live time is for building, not watching. Every session I teach the plays, and then we build on one member's real company while the room watches and takes notes. Then you state your commitment out loud, post proof in the cohort channel, and open the next session reporting back on it. That's the camp part. This is not a course with a calendar attached. It's a room that expects you.
Every session runs the same way. 15 minutes of roll call: you report back on last session's commitment. About 75 minutes of teaching. 30 minutes building live on one member's company. Then a full hour of open Q&A. Two hours of work plus an hour of questions on the schedule. Some nights the Q&A runs long. That's on purpose. Free calls end on time. Paid calls run past.

03What you get
WHAT $9,997 BUYS.
LINE BY LINE.
No mystery boxes. Here is the full list.
- One of 12 seats per cohort. Twelve leaders, no more. Three cohorts a year.
- Seven live calls with me: six teaching-and-building sessions plus graduation. Every other Thursday, 7:00 PM ET. Two hours plus a full hour of open Q&A, and some nights we run past it.
- Everything in The Reps, included: all 26 videos, the complete Playbook, and 30+ editable tools. Sold on its own for $2,997. Camp members get it as part of the price, because the videos are your homework between sessions.
- The live build. Every session, I build on one member's real company: their Roster, their standard, their Game Plan. You watch the method hit real problems, not slides.
- A 30-minute one-on-one onboarding call with me in Week 1, so you start aimed at the right target.
- One emergency one-on-one call with me between sessions. When something can't wait two weeks, you use it.
- The weekly members hot-seat call on your off weeks, shared with The Reps members. You're never more than a few days from a live answer.
- A matched accountability group: three or four leaders at a similar company stage, meeting between sessions.
- The private cohort channel, where commitments and proof get posted. I'm in it answering, through the camp and for six months after.
- Six months of monthly Q&A calls after graduation, so the system survives contact with the rest of your year.
- Graduation demo day: you present your installed system and your next 90 days, and I call the play on it in front of the room.
- FOSS Method App access: coming soon. The tools work today in the Playbook. The app is on the way.
04Who it's for
BUILT FOR LEADERS
WHO SHOW UP.
- You run a real business and you're done being the bottleneck.
- You've always trained better with a team around you than alone in a garage.
- You want me involved: teaching, building, calling the play on your work.
- A stated deadline and a room full of witnesses make you move.
- You'll do the work between sessions, not just attend the calls.
- You'd rather go at your own pace, alone. That's The Reps, $2,997, and it's the right call.
- You can't protect every other Thursday night for twelve weeks.
- You want to watch, not build. The room will notice.
- You want me one-on-one for a full 90 days. That's The Coach's Office, by application.
- You think the problem is everyone but you.

05The outcome
WHAT WEEK TWELVE
LOOKS LIKE.
By graduation, this is what's true, not planned. Pregame and Postgame are a daily habit. Your standard is written and you've enforced it through a real Alignment Check. Your Roster is built. Your Scoreboard is running. Your Strategic Game Plan is committed and your 30-Day Play is moving. The Huddle fires daily. The Weekly Game Plan Meeting runs. You've made one real handoff and coached your first one-on-one.
Then you stand up on demo day and present the installed system to eleven leaders who watched you build it, and I call the play on what comes next. You don't leave with notes. You leave with a business that runs the standard, and a room that knows you built it.

STRAIGHT
ANSWERS.
How much time does this actually take every week?
The live commitment is six sessions across twelve weeks, every other Thursday at 7:00 PM ET, two hours plus a full hour of open Q&A. Between sessions you watch the assigned videos on your own time, because live time is for building, not watching. Plan on protecting every other Thursday night for twelve weeks. If you can't, this isn't the one.
Are the sessions live, or am I watching recordings?
Live with me, every one. Six teaching-and-building sessions plus a graduation demo day. On each call I teach the plays, and then we build on one member's real company while the room watches. The videos are your homework between sessions; the calls are where we build together. This is a room that expects you, not a course with a calendar attached.
What if something urgent comes up between sessions?
You're covered a few ways. You get one emergency one-on-one call with me for when something can't wait two weeks. There's the weekly members hot-seat call on your off weeks, so you're never more than a few days from a live answer. And the private cohort channel, where I'm in answering through the whole camp and for six months after.
Twelve seats, and then what happens after the twelve weeks?
Twelve leaders per cohort, no more, and only three cohorts a year, so seats are real and limited. It closes on a 30-minute call, not a checkout page. After graduation the system doesn't get dropped: you get six months of monthly Q&A calls, plus the cohort channel with me in it for six months, so the install survives contact with the rest of your year.
