01The problem

NOBODY WATCHES
YOUR FILM ANYMORE.

You had a coach once. Somebody who watched you work, saw what you couldn't see, and told you the truth to your face. Then you built a business, and that person disappeared.

Now you're the one everybody looks to, and nobody looks at. Every hard call is yours alone. Every standard slides a little, because nobody calls it.

You don't need another course. You've probably read the books. You need what you had when you were at your best: a coach who knows your game, watches your film, and isn't afraid of you.

That's what this is. For 90 days, I'm your coach. Not a consultant with a binder. A coach. I learn your business, I watch how you actually run it, and I tell you the truth about what I see. Then we fix it together, in order, on a schedule.

02How the 90 days work

HOW THE 90 DAYS
WORK.

Three phases. Every phase ends with something in your hands, not a feeling. Here's the whole program, start to finish, so you know exactly what you're buying.

Phase 1: Game Film Weeks 1 and 2

Before we ever sit down, two things happen. You complete an intake on your business, and your leadership team scores how the company actually runs, including how it runs when you're not in the room. I see how your team calls it before day one. Most leaders have never seen that number. It stings, and it's the most useful page in the whole engagement.

Then we hold a private half-day deep dive, about three hours, just you and me. We put your business on the table: your real numbers, your people, your structure, how your week actually gets spent. Not the version you tell at dinner. The film.

You leave Phase 1 with the written 90-Day Game Plan: which weeks we work on what, which tools go in, which hard conversations are coming, and in what order. It's a real document. You could hand it to another coach and they could run it. You won't need to.

Phase 2: The Install Weeks 3 through 10

Every week for eight straight weeks, we're on. Two speeds, on purpose.

One week is a full coaching session: heavy lifting, real decisions, working the plan. The next is a sideline check-in: 25 minutes, sharp. Scoreboard review. Did you run the play. What's next. Then back to a full session. The rhythm is the point. Enough contact that nothing drifts, short enough that it never turns into a meeting for meeting's sake.

Between all of it you have a direct line to me. Message me anytime and you'll hear back within 24 hours. If you're standing outside the conference room before the hard conversation, you don't wait for our next session.

And here's the promise I want in writing on this page: I watch your film between sessions. Before every session I've already reviewed your work, your numbers, your Scoreboard, your progress on the plan. We never spend the first twenty minutes catching me up. Calls start at the answer, not the update.

What goes in, and roughly when. The deep dive can re-order this. That's the point of private.

  • Weeks 3 and 4, EDGE and STANDARD: your own discipline reset, your Values, Standards, and Behaviors written down, and the conversation you've been avoiding rehearsed with me before you have it for real.
  • Weeks 5 through 8, STRUCTURE: your Roster built, your Depth Chart with your Exposure Score on paper, your Scoreboard live, your Game Plan and meeting rhythm running.
  • Weeks 9 and 10, LEGACY: the business starts running on the standard instead of on you, which sets up the handoff.

Phase 3: The Handoff Weeks 11 through 13

A system that only works while I'm coaching you isn't a system. The last phase makes it stick.

The Captain call: I coach your second in charge, directly. Not through you. They hear the standard from the coach, and you find out whether they can carry it.

Private demo day: you present the installed system to me. You run the room. I sit where you've been sitting, and you show me the business running on the plan. If there's a soft spot, we find it while I'm still your coach.

The re-score: your leadership team scores the company again, same questions as day one. The number moved or it didn't, on paper, in front of both of us.

Then I don't disappear. We check in at one month, three months, and six months after the engagement ends, because the drift always tries to come back and I want to be there when it does.

03Day 90

WHAT YOU'RE HOLDING
ON DAY 90.

Not notes. Not motivation. These:

  • The written 90-Day Game Plan, executed, not laminated
  • Your Values, Standards, and Behaviors in writing, with your team held to them
  • Your Roster built, every position defined
  • Your Depth Chart, with your Exposure Score where you can see it
  • A live Scoreboard your team actually runs
  • Your Game Plan and a weekly meeting rhythm that happens whether you're in the room or not
  • The hard conversations had, not scheduled
  • A second in charge who's been coached by me, not just briefed by you
  • A before-and-after score of how the business runs without you, on paper
  • A coach's voice in your head that doesn't leave when the engagement does

04Everything included

EVERYTHING
THAT'S INCLUDED.

No packages, no tiers, no add-ons. Every engagement includes all of it.

  • Pre-engagement intake, plus your leadership team's assessment of how the business runs before day one
  • A private half-day deep dive with me, about three hours, on your real numbers and your real people
  • The written 90-Day Game Plan, built for your business, yours to keep
  • A weekly cadence for eight straight weeks: full coaching sessions alternating with sharp 25-minute sideline check-ins
  • My film review before every single session. I show up already knowing where you are, so you never brief me.
  • A direct line to me for the full 90 days: message anytime, answer within 24 hours
  • The Captain call: direct coaching for your second in charge
  • Private demo day: you present the running system to me before we close
  • The leadership team re-score at day 90, same questions as day one
  • Follow-up check-ins at one, three, and six months after we finish
  • Every FOSS Method tool we install, built on your real business, yours to keep
  • Access to the FOSS Method App for your team (coming soon)

05Who it's for

WHO THIS IS FOR.
AND WHO IT ISN'T.

The Coach's Office is for you if
  • You competed at a level where coaching was normal, and you've been missing it ever since.
  • You're the leader everything routes through, and you're honest enough to say that out loud.
  • There's a people decision or a hard conversation you've been circling for months.
  • You want to be called out, not managed.
  • You'll do the work between sessions. I coach. You still play.
The Coach's Office is not for you if
  • You want a sounding board who nods. I'm going to push back.
  • You want someone to install the system for you while you watch. That exists. It's called The Installation, and it's a different page.
  • You can't commit to a weekly rhythm for 90 days. Then the plan can't hold, and I'd be taking your money.

06The price

THE PRICE, AND
HOW THIS WORKS.

The Coach's Office is $37,500, paid in full before we start. That's the price. There's no range and nothing to negotiate.

I take twelve leaders a year. That's not a marketing line. It's a calendar. This program only works if I can watch your film between sessions, and I can only do that for a few leaders at a time.

It's by application because 90 days of this only works with the right fit, and fit runs both ways. You apply, we get on a call, and we have a straight conversation about whether this is your next move. If it isn't, I'll tell you what is.

07Not yet? Start here

IF THIS ISN'T
THE RIGHT ROOM YET.

No shame in that. The ladder exists for a reason. Start where you are. The work is the same.

  • The Reps, $2,997: the complete system, self-paced. You build it solo.
  • Training Camp, $9,997: twelve weeks with me and a cohort. One of 12 seats per cohort.
  • The Installation: I install the system with your whole leadership team in the room, three days. $77,500 at my office, or $92,500 if I come to you.

08The commitment

THE RUNS-WITHOUT-YOU
COMMITMENT.

Most coaches, if they promise anything, promise a refund. A refund lets them hand back a check and walk away. I do the opposite. I stay on the hook.

  • Before day 1, your leadership team takes The Team Score anonymously. That number is the baseline Runs-Without-You number, and it is the only scoreboard this settles against.
  • At day 90, the same team retakes the same score. That re-score is the only trigger. The streaks we track (Daily Huddle, Weekly Game Plan Meeting, 30-Day Play hit rate) give it context; they do not decide it.
  • Your team writes the number both times. Not me, not you. Settlement day is your team's re-score at the end of the 90 days, before we call the handoff done.
  • If the number has not gone up, the make-good activates: I keep coaching you free, your team re-scores every 30 days, and we keep working the plan through month 12 at the latest. Then it ends. It is a make-good, not a refund. More of my work, free.

Two conditions, out in the open: this comes with The Coach's Office and The Installation only, and it requires paying in full upfront. The full terms sit in one plain-English paragraph in the agreement. No fine print.

Before you apply

STRAIGHT
ANSWERS.

Why is there an application instead of a buy button?

Because 90 days this close only works with the right fit, and fit runs both ways. You apply, we get on a call, and we have a straight conversation about whether this is your next move. If it isn't, I'll tell you what is. Applying commits you to nothing. It starts a conversation.

What do the 90 days actually look like?

Three phases. Weeks 1 and 2 we put your business on film in a private half-day deep dive, about three hours, and you walk out with a written 90-Day Game Plan. Weeks 3 through 10 we're on every week: one week a full coaching session, the next a sharp 25-minute sideline check-in, for eight straight weeks. Weeks 11 through 13 are the handoff, so it holds without me.

How much of your time do I actually get?

More than a calendar slot. Full sessions alternating with 25-minute check-ins for eight weeks, a direct line where you message me anytime and hear back within 24 hours, and my film review before every single session. I show up already knowing where you are, so you never spend the first twenty minutes briefing me.

Is it worth $37,500?

On day 90 you're not holding notes. You're holding the plan executed, your values, standards, and behaviors in writing, a live Scoreboard your team runs, a second in charge I coached directly, and a before-and-after score of how the business runs without you. And if that score hasn't gone up, I keep coaching you free until it does, through month 12 at the latest. That's a make-good, not a refund.
