You don't get dropped into a video library and wished good luck. The Reps opens with a 30-day install plan: the first milestones, two checkpoints, and a catch net under you.
- Day 1: take The Score, set your baseline, start EDGE.
- Day 14: two things exist that didn't two weeks ago. Your Pregame/Postgame is running every day, and your Values, Standards, and Behaviors are written down.
- Day 30: your Roster is built and your Scoreboard is live. That's the machine, standing.
- The stall catch: get stuck twice and my team calls you. Not the other way around. A free 15-minute unstick call to get you moving again, and there's no limit on how many of those you get. You bought the system. My job is making sure it gets installed.
And every Wednesday night at 8:30 PM ET I'm live in the free Film Room, teaching one play from the system. It's free for everybody. It's worth the most to the leader who's mid-install.

If you want the work with a room around you, that's Training Camp: $9,997, one of 12 seats per cohort. If you want me in your corner one-on-one for 90 days, that's The Coach's Office: $37,500, by application, 12 leaders a year. If you want the system built with your whole leadership team in the room, that's The Installation: $77,500 at my office, $92,500 if I bring it to you.
