Courses teach you the system. The Installation builds it into your business with you in the room. Three days, out of your building, with the leaders who actually run the place. We don't hand you a binder and wish you luck. We install it together, position by position, play by play, until the machine is standing.

This is the flagship. The fastest, most complete way to go from owning a system on paper to running one in real life. You bring your team and your honesty. I bring the system and the spine to hold the line when it gets uncomfortable. By the end of day three, the standard lives in the business, not in your head.

You don't leave with a plan to install it later. You leave running it.

Here's the commitment, and it runs both directions. You commit with your leadership team to building the FOSS performance system. All of you, all three days, all in. My end: your leaders walk out of the Installation, and the next day they can start using the tools and teaching each of their departments the same way we did it together.

  • Every tool is built before you leave. On your company, with your numbers, not a template.
  • Your team has already run it for real. A live Daily Huddle and a real Weekly Game Plan Meeting, run by them, with me watching from the back before anyone went home.
  • The next morning, every leader opens the day with their own Pregame, the same way we opened ours.
  • Then it moves down. Each leader teaches their own department with the same tools, in the same fashion we taught them.

You don't leave with homework. You leave with a running system and leaders who can teach it.

Nobody should wire this kind of money off a vibe. Here is the whole engagement, start to finish, so you know exactly what you're buying. Two ways to do it: your team comes to my office, $77,500. Or I bring the Installation to you, $92,500, travel included. Same program either way.

Before you arrive
  • A kickoff call with me. We pick the 8 leaders together, position by position, and set your dates. If your leadership team is bigger than 8, I help you make the cut, and the leaders outside the room aren't left out: they get the install report, and the system reaches their departments directly in Month 4.
  • The Score for every leader in the room. All 8 take it before Day 1, so we start from a real baseline, not a guess.
  • The Team Score. Your leadership team anonymously scores you before we start. That number is the engagement's scoreboard, and you will see it on Day 1, in front of your team. I tell you that straight, up front.
  • A baseline Alignment Check from every leader, plus your org chart and your last two quarters of numbers. I read all of it and build your custom install plan before you walk in. Nobody gets a template week.
  • The logistics packet. Where to stay, the dinner plans, the workout gear list, and the ground rules in writing. Phones in the basket, no delegates, all three days.
  • The whole six months booked before Day 1. All five monthly team calls and the 90-Day Film Session go on calendars before you arrive, so the follow-through is real, not a promise.
The three days
  • Every day opens at 5:30 AM in the gym with me. Forty-five minutes, my programming, scaled to every fitness level. Effort is the standard, not output. Nobody gets graded and nobody gets singled out.
  • Every meal is designed, because the meals are part of the install. Breakfasts together, assigned-seat lunches that set up the afternoon, a team dinner with me on night one, and a team dinner without me on night two. That second one is on purpose: it is your team's first rep running without the coach in the room.
  • Day 1, the Reveal. All 8 Scores and the Team Score go up on the wall, and the room gets honest in a hurry. Then we build your values, standards, and behaviors on your real company, every leader runs a real Alignment Check, and you take one from your own team.
  • Day 1 afternoon, the hot seat. The conversation your team has been avoiding gets rehearsed live, with me in your corner. This is the block people still talk about a year later.
  • Day 2, the structure. The Roster with one owner per position. The Depth Chart with your company's Exposure Score, built live and posted next to the Team Score. The Scoreboard with stats and targets for every position. Your one-page Strategic Game Plan. And a dated 30-Day Play for every department, with named owners.
  • Day 3, the proof. Your Captain runs a real Daily Huddle before 8:30 AM. Then your team runs its first real Weekly Game Plan Meeting over a working lunch while I take film notes from the back and say nothing. I play the film back, your team signs the Locker Room Agreement they wrote themselves, and you fly home with the whole thing running.
The six months after
  • The written install report, in your hands within a week. Every tool exactly as we built it, both baseline numbers, my Day 3 film notes, and the plan for the next six months.
  • Five monthly team calls with your whole leadership team. I watch your film before every call: the Scoreboard, the huddle streak, the meeting notes, the 30-Day Plays. We fix what drifted while it is still small.
  • A direct line to me for the owner and one key leadership member, for the full six months. When either of you hits a wall, you message me and hear back within a day.
  • The 90-Day Film Session. I sit in on your real Daily Huddle and your real Weekly Game Plan Meeting by video, then run a 90-minute debrief with your leadership team. Your team retakes the Team Score, and the before and after goes up on the screen. If I brought the Installation to your building, this session comes back to your building in person.
What every leader in the room gets

  • Their own daily Pregame and Postgame, built on Day 1 and running from the second morning on.

05The commitment

THE RUNS-WITHOUT-YOU
COMMITMENT.

Most coaches, if they promise anything, promise a refund. A refund lets them hand back a check and walk away. I do the opposite. I stay on the hook.

  • Before Day 1, your leadership team takes The Team Score anonymously. That number is the baseline Runs-Without-You number, and it is the only scoreboard this settles against.
  • At day 90, the same team retakes the same score. That re-score is the only trigger. The streaks we track (Daily Huddle, Weekly Game Plan Meeting, 30-Day Play hit rate) give it context; they do not decide it.
  • Your team writes the number both times. Not me, not you. Settlement day is the 90-Day Film Session: the before and after, on screen, in front of your leadership team.
  • If the number has not gone up, the make-good activates: I keep coaching you free on the same monthly cadence, your team re-scores every 30 days, and I will add one more in-person visit if I judge one is needed. It runs through month 12 at the latest. Then it ends. It is a make-good, not a refund. More of my work, free.

Two conditions, out in the open: this comes with The Coach's Office and The Installation only, and it requires paying in full upfront. The full terms sit in one plain-English paragraph in the agreement. No fine print.

Because a system that lives in your head isn't a system. We install it with the leaders who actually run the place in the room, position by position, so by the end of day three the standard lives in the business, not in you. You bring up to 8 leaders. Why three days on-site instead of remote?

Three days out of your building, phones in the basket, no delegates. Every day opens at 5:30 in the gym, every meal is designed, and your team runs a real Daily Huddle and Weekly Game Plan Meeting live before anyone flies home. That doesn't happen over video. You leave running it, not planning to install it later.

What actually happens across the three days?

Day 1 is the Reveal: all 8 Scores and the Team Score go on the wall, then we build your values, standards, and behaviors and rehearse the conversation your team's been avoiding. Five monthly team calls where I watch your film before every one, a direct line for the owner and one key leadership member for the full six months, and the 90-Day Film Session where your team retakes the Team Score and the before-and-after goes up on screen. If the number hasn't moved, I keep working free through month 12 at the latest.
